There are few things I love as much as garden-fresh peas. As a kid I'd sit among the vines and eat until I got sick. My grandma was always shooing me out of her garden like I was a little rabbit.
My kiddo also eats them right off the vine. He especially loves the snow peas. We've been getting a quart every couple of days of both snow peas and sugar snaps. My Grandmother used to send me out to pick figs. She'd always ask me what took so long, but knew perfectly well I'd been eating and picking at the same time.
